Each new design submitted to KASPER CZ s.r.o. is treated with maximum effort while seeking the optimum solution. Each new challenge brings many new findings and new design solutions, which contribute to the growth of the entire company and, first of all, improve the professional qualities of all company’s employees. 

Our specialised department is focusing on research and development and works in close co-operation with the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Steel and Timber Structures. Doc. Ing. Petr Kuklík CSc. who deals with research about the behaviour of wooden trusses. The department is also involved in research and development of heavy wooden skeletons for multiple-storey buildings, pursued by Doc. Ing. Vladimír Bílek CSc. 

In year 2009, we managed to develop and successfully execute our own all-wooden load-bearing structural truss system for low-energy (passive) houses, which KASPER CZ s.r.o. has protected with Utility Model no. 20697 

Nowadays we focus mostly on design frameworks made of laminated timber, which we execute in co-operation with Wiehag GmbH of Austria.
