The subject of delivery included wall load-bearing panels covered with FERMACELL boards, supplemented with balcony structures made of KVH prisms, and a flat roof with the minimum gradient, also made of KVH prisms. In 2017, 8 buildings of the size 2 × 2 + kitchenette, or 2 × 3 + kitchenette were constructed; the construction of another 7 buildings with two housing units is underway.
